Dependent on which part of 4Chan you explore, the people there can be simultaneously the smartest and stupidest people on the planet, so I almost wouldn’t doubt there’d be someone there braindead enough to do this… but definitely not enough to write about it too.

In reference to the Japanese anime series The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, the problem was presented on the imageboard as “The Haruhi Problem”: if you wanted to watch the 14 episodes of the first season of the series in every possible order, what would be the shortest string of episodes you would need to watch?

            Holy fuck that’s amazing.

You need to visit /tg/ more often. Or perhaps it has been too long since I have visited last, I suppose.

The whole “He will not divide us” thing was pretty hilarious imo, “#SmashTheStone” was great too. 4chan is very good at mobilizing both extremely smart and extremely bored people for the sake of mischief and chaos. And yes, sometimes a little too much chaos lol.

Does nobody realize this is supposed to be satirical?

It’s a joke based on how the average date goes between a guy and a girl where the girl expects the guy to accommodate everything while she just enjoys the ride.

Flip the roles and you’re all cringing yourselves half to death.

I mean, we don’t even necessarily know that OOP is male, but it’s also just the case that OOP asked the girl out. That’s generally understood as an invitation, i.e. the person asking pays.

There is a discussion to be had about the societal factors at play that makes it so the girl / feminine role rarely asks for a date, even if they’re the one primarily interested, but money is rarely a relevant factor in that…

If the Girl actually provided, it wouldn’t be cringe. Maybe it’s because I’m older and don’t think of high school dynamics anymore. I don’t think that happened to me then either when I actually had a girlfriend. We could split the bill without any drama

I didn’t know I could cringe this close to my heart, nothing has ever risen to this level before. Even as a joke I’m struggling to catch my breath. My god this is agony.
