    I don’t think they secure coffins anymore. These days we’ve got a nice little thing called gravity. I hear dirt has a lot of it. Also the hinges keep everything in line.

        The Jews have it really secure. The put a literal one ton rock on top of their burials. They’re called ledgers. Not gonna see any Jewish zombies digging their way out.

      I don’t have much experience, but the few occupied coffins I’ve seen had screws (with decorative wooden balls so you don’t need tools) and no hinges at all.
