This video is a progress update coming to the development of the free battlefield-like Operation Harsh Doorstop.

OHD is probably one of my favorite games, it provides in vanilla gameplay a semi-realistic tactical shooter experience with vehicles and helicopters reminiscent of the Project Reality Mod for Battlefield 2. Player built spawnpoints are extremely important and overall the gameplay is deep and rewarding. The guns are fun, but just being good at them doesn’t make you a good OHD player, you have to be aware of your team.

Mod support is a core part of the game, and once this vehicle update releases I suspect there will be a big explosion of different kinds of mods that fulfill niches other than a semi-realistic hardcore tactical shooter with realistic vehicle balance.
