When Zakk refers to other guitarists like Iommi, Rhodes, Dime, or Cantrell he’ll often give them religious ‘titles’ like “Father Jerry” or “Saint Iommi”
Does anyone know of a full list of those? I’ve always seen it as a fun way for him to elevate his icons/influences.
Oh dang that was a lot more simple than I thought. As a non catholic, I assumed it was mimicking a ranking or hierarchy.
