    I wonder if they controlled for air pollution, because those are the same effects of air pollution.

    It’s possible cars emit both particles that mess up our blood and noise that is just annoying. Or maybe there’s a synergic effect between car air pollution and car noise, fattening up our blood even more than just car air pollution or just car noise.

      Also socioeconomic factors, pls. Is it possible that homes near roads cost a little less, maybe? Because it’s also well-known people with less money are more unhealthy in general.
