U ever add Bailey’s?
Not me. I’m a bit puritanical that way. Besides, Bailey’s is, basically, whiskey and cream with cocoa and vegetable oil. I don’t want the slick oily-ness and I might add a shaving of chocolate if I’m feeling fancy.
Nothing against Bailey’s, particularly. But that’s not the Irish coffee I grew up on.
