      The guys in charge are literally narcissistic psychopaths, so… exactly?

      They are proud, of everything they’re doing, along with likeminded and/or easily manipulated MAGA voters. The majority is letting the margins of society run the whole, so why would they bother pretending to be anything else?

        I don’t actually think they are proud of everything. I think it’s gaslighting to maintain support. If they never express regret or apologize, their team thinks they’re on the winning side on everything. They like to feel like winners.

    I guarantee some old school shrapnel bombs would kill way more people before we figured out how to treat infections. Less lethality for more precision used to be the goal, but I guess mass murdering schoolchildren comes first!
