Why the fuck isn’t it just a csv?
They’re trying to make it a full-on living db and app to report and identify with a history of each person, picture and social media links.
So they want to monetize it instead of just making the resource available. Nice.
Doesn’t look like that, the wiki let’s them organize and lets people identify individuals, it’s just that the wiki can’t keep up with it, or maybe they’re being DDOS’d
