Simple question but it feels like a hard one to actually answer. We’re basically a .500 team so far. We’re 5 games away from a wild card spot, so not insurmountable at this point in the season but not super close either. Do we go try to trade for a big piece that puts us into the race? Or do we sell? It isn’t like we need a complete teardown, that’s not what I’m asking about. But we do have several veterans who will be free agents next year who we might be able to move, though only one, Teoscar, would have any real value. So what do you guys say, throw minor league value into a potential run when we’re playing .500 ball, or try to grab some value by trading Teoscar and a couple underperforming vets?
