The Kremlin has acknowledged the crucial role of the I.T. sector. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Sept. 4 to increase the military service exemption age for I.T. professionals from 27 to 30.

For what it’s worth, Russia is going to get a huge generations of people getting into programming right now.

Should we be reading “foreign mercenaries” or “conscription rally”?

I am guessing conscription because otherwise it’s going to go something like this.

Step 1: Recruit mercenaries from all over the world(most of which have warmer climates than Russia).
      Step 2: Russian winter.
      Step 3: ???
      Step 4: Profit??

At that number I guess people in jail should be worried.

And regular people should then be worried how many more people will get put into jail.
