It’s right in the name, DOCTOR Oz. If he says it, then it does have supporting evidence because he’s a doctor and he’s recommending it. I get most of my gummy brain chews from doctor Oz and they work fantastic which is probably why I’m able to have some common sense unlike most posters around here

This is sarcasm, yeah? I mean, it could go either way, but the gummy brain chews bit makes me think (hope) you’re kidding.

That’s not how evidence works, a mistaken belief no matter how strongly held is still just a belief.

A doctor saying something is good for you, that is good evidence that it’s good for you. If it wasn’t a doctor wouldn’t say it. They’re not even allowed to lie, it’s part of the hypocritic oath.

No it’s not. Evidence is objective, you’re describing subjective opinions. They’re allowed to lie, they aren’t allowed medically to do harm.

They aren’t allowed to lie ever, not even a little white lie. You’re probably thinking of dentists.

Oh sorry I didn’t realize that taking medical advice from a doctor made me a child. Maybe I should take it from you internet weirdos instead 😏
