      I think The Wizard of Oz, a Jersey Jack machine, was the first in 2013. Now they pretty much all have that. This TMNT is a Stern from 2020. There’s also a TMNT from 1991 by Data East, but it isn’t a great machine.

      The newer TMNT is a really cool fun game though. OP you can enjoy that for a long time!

    How did you go about it? Wife and I want a pinball but the orices here are north of $8k AUD which is a bit much

      Yeah real pinball machines are stupidly expensive. Some old ones can be found cheaper but they’re usually pretty trash.

      Another option is to DIY a simulator yourself. You take an old tv, build the cabinet yourself with the TV placed where the pinball bits would be, add arcade buttons on the side etc.

      You plug in a computer with the software that simulates any pinball you want. My brother has one like this and it’s pretty great, not exactly like a real one of course but you get to play any table you want and the whole build was a fraction of the cost of a real one.
