The Steam Client Beta has been updated with the following changes:GeneralFixed regression in yesterday's Beta Client which could cause some Steamworks enabled games to fail to initialize.

No piracy, there are other communities for that.
Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
