I think it’s actually called Majula. At least according to Spotify’s official soundtrack
They should have called it “Majula is so peaceful”
It’s hard to pick just one. The ones that get stuck in my head often are Majula, DS3 menu, Demon’s Souls menu and the opening cutscene/main theme (with the horns), and the Elden Ring “Dragon” theme where it sounds like the choir is singing “Evil! Evil! Evil! Evil!”
