Nope, I hate jira. I was a jira/confluence server admin for 5 years, and then this spring went through the displeasure of migrating 12 years of ticket history to their cloud platform. Both are bad in their own special way. I don’t have LDAP randomly breaking or the box randomly OOM’ing with no warning anymore, but now their SAML has fun little 500’s and the entire service slows to a crawl sometimes.
