I think it was already more direct when he flooded their fields with reserve water using a federal aquaduct that doesn’t even reach LA to “put out fires” in LA a few days after a rain already did that. That water isn’t going to be available come summer when it’s needed, and I’d laugh if it wasn’t so pathetic and sad.
