On most issues yes, but they’re nearly identical when it comes to Palestine. Neither will do anything as Israel terrorizes and murders Palestinians. Whatever difference there may be isn’t enough for the “but genocide joe” comments to make sense as anything but an attempt to feel superior.

Yeah, it’s because Israel really likes his rhetoric and symbolic actions. To Israel what every other administration does for it is something they deserve, so they just take those billions of dollars in American aid and don’t make a fuss about it. He said the quiet part out loud, so to speak.
