We had spinach and cheese ravioli in mushroom marinara sauce, rosemary and parmesan bread on the side.
Split-pea and ham soup with discounted smoked pork hocks for the ham.
I had rice cakes with cream cheese and cucumber with black pepper but before that I ate two cupcakes.
Chicken vegetable stir fry. I’ve had the ingredients prepped for a couple days now. It was pretty good.
Shepherd’s pie
Pumpkin soup and fresh sourdough bread.
Leftover Korean BBQ and chicken katsu from earlier! I am so excited, it was sooooo delicious.
I had an azteca plate and a trash can from a place called Rico’s :)
I didn’t know what a trash can was or that it came with an energy drink but I was kinda into it.
Samosas!
Pumpkin cream, homemade bread, butter and cheese with truffle
Left over Lasagne. Honestly I think Garfield was onto something… I love lasagne.
This is so true! The consistency is also so much better for some reason when you reheat Lasagne!
My twenty pounds of corned beef brisket is about ready to come out of the brine. Gonna make some corned beef and cabbage with some of it, some corned beef slaw with other parts, slice about a pound for sandwiches and freeze the rest.
Sundubu jjigae, since we have a lot of tofu in the fridge.
Homemade sushi. One of these days, I’m going to find a cheaper source for nori …
That looks so hard to make! Enjoy
It does look pretty messy when I make it, so that’s definitely true! Making it look professional is a high art, especially at speed.
It’s also a great way to trick myself into eating more vegetables (don’t tell the sushi purists).
I’ll be having chicken and beans curry in a wrap.
That sounds awesome! How do you keep it from becoming a soggy mess? I’m already struggling to make it keep its shape with just uncooked vegetables and meat …
