Summary

A federal judge ordered the Trump administration to release billions of dollars in blocked foreign aid within 48 hours, citing noncompliance with a 13-day-old court order.

The freeze, imposed by Trump’s Jan. 20 executive order, halted funding for USAID and State Department programs, affecting hundreds of millions of dollars owed to nonprofits and businesses.

The cutoff forced tens of thousands of layoffs and jeopardized critical aid projects. Despite the Feb. 13 ruling, no payments resumed.

This follows another case where a judge found the administration failed to unfreeze trillions in domestic grants and loans.

Ah yes this is gonna be awesome

Not only fuck around with the will of the voters.

But actively messing with the execution of presumably why they were voted in the first place.

Yeah this is seriously gonna make the people who voted him don’t think about how the judges want to limit the will of the people AT ALL

Yeah because you see, you might have voted for this guy. Thinking your vote matters

But the one controlling the country, deciding its fate and yours , is us in here, not you

And you will never have a way to stop us

Yeah this is surely a winning non alienating strategy. Props to whoever thought of it this will get the Dems soooooo many votes man, like, you wouldn’t believe it
