I’m not sure if this has been posted before, so my apologies if this is a repost.
Anyway, this is a great website containing alternatives to American big tech companies.
Disclaimer: While this is European, it doesn’t suddenly mean that this is necessarily better for your privacy or anything (although all these European alternatives do need to obey the GDPR law, which is a plus).
It has, few times in fact. I think it would be a good idea to add a permanent link to the sidebar or other visible place to remind people about it.
It’s kind of neat that they show you if it’s open source or not and Mastodon is on there too.
