You didn’t. It’s not being racist, sexist, homophobic, ableist, xenophobic or an asshole.

Others already gave you the correct answer, but even so, knowing full well what it is supposed to mean and in complete ignorance of how little sense that makes - my brain always wants to read it as “Does Enyone Ilse”

FYI is stupid but it isn’t DEI it is DEIA, hateful conservatives didn’t want to attack minorities AND disabled people at the same time because they are pathetic cowards, so they drop the A when they bash DEI.

I am sure they all decided this in their big Asshole Bullies meeting, it is blatantly obvious.

It also confuses people because it is another (incorrectly spelled) acronomyn and that is always helpful when you are robbing the shit out of people.

That may be true, but at actual companies the term DEI is almost always used, not DEIA, for internal initiatives.

Well now that we are on the topic, let us consider why large corporations and organizations do that?

The people who run these initiatives tend to be people who care, actually, in my experience. It’s DEI because DEI is the standard industry-wide term. Have you worked at a company that uses the DEIA initialism instead?

I am not questioning the motives of any one particular person, I am asking why the system is the way it is.

              Where did the A go?
