It’s not that hard. It doesn’t have to be your goal in life. They understand you’re there primarily for money. But it certainly helps if there are things you like doing at least a little. Prompted or not, someone who talks about those reasons is going to do better in the interview than someone who doesn’t. It’s easier to tell them if they explicitly ask you.
