I started around Beyond (2.0) and have almost 3800 hours played.
Yeah I never really got this games transformation. It was originally hyped to hell and back about all the exploration and unique shit, and when that turned out to be all a load of bollocks the thing that got this game popular was turning it into yet another base building survival game like so many others.
