Is this about milk production for a pancake recipe or “what if boob mass == pancake batter”?

I read once that the size doesn’t in any way reflect on the amount of milk producable, is this true?
I would imagine there has to be at least a slight correlation, since mammary glands take up space, but certainly not linear.
