The new code of conduct also bans discrimination or harassment, consumption of alcohol, smoking, drug use, and panhandling in company owned stores.

    It does, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect a private company to provide that to you. Public spaces should be the responsibility of local government.

      this is the problem i’m alluding to. private companies have bought everything to the point theres not much left for us anymore.
