Ukraine definitely attacked Russians within its territory. Russia spent 8 years pursuing peaceful autonomy solutions that the west agreed to only to give more time for the nazis to arm themselves. Ukraine “needing” to be a NATO terrorist pawn is not done for the security of Russia.
