He cannot pardon himself from state charges.
He can fire anyone who says he can’t.
He can’t fire NY State employees, or any state employees.
He can’t also do felonies and run a coup and get away with it after being founs guilty.
He cannot… His many things is this now that he just did anyways?
He has no legal power to pardon state crimes. He can say whatever he wants. But if NY had given him a prison sentence it wouldn’t stop them from coming to get him.
