    I wished they selected/invented a better connector (thank telephone legacy).
    It sucks, on both sides: as an user and as a network person.

      They leveraged an immense preinstalled resource. It was, and is, brilliant. I remember replacing two largish networks bnc for the existing pbx install. Pure bliss compared to bnc

      I dunno. I can’t just make a usb cable or such to length with just a few tools. I rather liked it and honestly making a bnc was actually a bit more annoying, especially with the little plastic guides which made making rj whatever a snap.
