Looks like some nice additions to the PineTime including always on display (even though the PineTime doesn’t natively support AoD).
Haven’t loaded it yet, but maybe a weekend project.
Thank you for the heads up, just installed it and am playing around with AOD. Not sure if the wake gesture works properly with it enabled but it’s nice to see nonetheless.
E: the AOD feature is cool, power use is approximately in line with the claims on the project page. It looks really nice (almost like it applies a monochrome effect to the UI) and is handy to have enabled during the day.
I think I would prefer the AOD mode go always show the watch face but maybe there’s a case to show the last screen too. On the upside, device behaviour has changed for the watch to timeout from the settings and notficiations pages back to the watch face. Apps will still resume as before.
