This isn’t a “win”. The “win” happens in court.

Most of this stuff the DOJ pushes doesn’t happen. And while it’s a “decision” in the case of deciding the policy stance of the department, using the word decision in a legal context implies a court ruling that actually (barring appeals) makes things happen. This is at best a hope, and you’re relying on the Trump DOJ to actually pursue it.
