Uh, I don’t think Canada wants to have a bunch of disgruntled Americans immigrating up. The Americans as a whole broke your country and you have to live with that and push for better turn out next time instead of just invading into another country.

Project 2025 says that being in drag is a sex crime against children, and that pedophiles should be punished by death. Read: trans people should be put to death.
If your heart isn’t open to asylum seekers, then who is it open for?
It’s unfortunately very difficult to up and immigrate to Canada. You typically need a spouse who is a citizen, or have a very valuable skillset to offer. I believe you can come here as a foreign worker and apply for permanent residency after working full-time for a year, but I don’t know what the stipulations or rate of acceptance is there.
I personally immigrated here from the States back in 2017 to be with my wife, and the process was grueling. They require a lot of evidence to prove the relationship was not initiated with the intent of immigrating.
They will let them in if they meet the qualifications as usual. But they have limited slots and favor people who fit needed careers. Like medical, tech, etc. additionally, a chunk of savings is usually desirable.
Canada won’t complain about getting a ton of extra highly trained people working remote jobs bringing in money as long as they are not dependent on social services.
But… there are a ton of Americans and not a lot of Canadian housing.
