    Damn I forgot this community existed.

    Well first of all Afghanistan MUST be stripped of test status. They simply cannot be a full member team without a women’s team, its a basic requirement to receive test status that they dk not fulfill.

    I know this doesn’t help the women, but the best way to threaten them is by hitting their pockets. If they are under pressure of losing money by losing test status I’m sure they’ll come to some sort of agreement.

      I agree but feel like the other side of the argument needs to be made.

      If the ICC takes this stance the Afghani government will make the men’s team an exile team as well or shut them down.

      The reasoning behind keeping the men’s team in place is diplomacy. Keeping one of the VERY few cultural ties to an isolationist govt open.

    Amnesty international is a very controversial organization.

    And UN is useless.

    Just apply for asylum at a country in Europe or another place with human rights.
