Not gonna lie I was worried they were going to make there own anti cheat or something incompatible with Linux. Does not seem the case.
Indeed, I’m definitely worried about impact on Linux users though as well. I posted in their Discord #feedback those thoughts … hopefully they don’t.
I’m hopeful. At least they know we exist after enabling EAC support then breaking it and fixing it twice.
The data driven approach they mention here sounds like a good fit
