Yeah that’s why it needs to be challenged. Judge is wrong.
To be fair to the judge, it’s inline with SCOTUS on Hobby Lobby. But Hobby Lobby was a shit decision and so is this. Giving employers Super Rights that supercede their employees is unconstitutional and not in line with democratic values.
Considering you don’t have to tell them why you want off I’m not even sure how they’d know.
