JD Vance suffered yet another embarrassing set back on the campaign trail, after being denied entry to a restaurant where he was supposed to speak – and being forced to address supporters in the parking lot instead.
According to reports, after showing up to Primanti Bros in North Versailles, Pennsylvania, a restaurant worker told the press that cameras were not allowed and that they did not want a “campaign event.”
The restaurant was reportedly full of customers waiting to greet Vance, who canceled their food orders after learning he wasn’t welcome.
The restaurant is getting review-bombed by pissy Republicans who are mad a business didn’t want to be associated with rapists and misogynists.
Sounds like free advertising to me! For the low price of a couple of cancelled orders, you’ve just generated the most amazing set of review-reply opportunities imaginable
Yeah. The original Primanti Brothers in the city is a tiny hole-in-the-wall diner-like place. The other ones, like the one Vance went to, are a lot different and generally low-key. Kind of like Applebee’s with way different food. Plus, there are a good amount of people in the Pittsburgh area that would just stop eating/drinking there if they’d have allowed this to happen.
The review bombing is bullshit because contrary to popular belief, everything you read on the internet is not true.
