    It’s about time they stepped up to pay their workers more, especially given their massive profits. They’re finally giving their employees a fairer share of the wealth they help create.

    Other companies should follow suit—workers deserve better, and it’s long overdue that big corporations stop hoarding profits and start paying up.

      They’ve already been paying their cashiers like $18 an hour to start for a while? That’s waaay above the industry normal already. Good for them though. They also have good prices and didn’t price gouge during all the recent BS. In fact I’ve only recently noticed some prices going up there, and if it’s for something like this, then I’m fine with it.

        Yep. They now actually make more than me and I’m a teaching assistant in an elementary school. lol Obivously cost of living plays a part, but still, it’s good to see.
