The consequences of this election could extend for millennia.

The president 30 years ago was Bill Clinton and we all remember him, and he was far less controversial than Trump has been

Yeah, I just took a look at a list, and I am not someone to know much about history, but even i knew the basics of most of them up until Lyndon B. Johnson. I only know the name but can’t really say I know much else outside what took place during that decade like NASA. And then after that it’s JFK, so I agree 30 years is to soon to forget. It’s more like 50 or more. For reference, I am in my 40’s so that probably helps.

Who’s “we all”? 95% of this world doesn’t give a duck about US presidents.

95% of the world is directly impacted by the leader of the largest economic and military power in the world, so whether or not you give a fuck is your own prerogative. But the fact remains that it is important to the context of your own politics, just as how the politics of Britain, the EU, China and India are all very important to the context of ours.

We still remember many Presidents who were bad, but nowhere near his level. But remembering Trump wasn’t the point of “millennia”.
