That’s why their pay is structured the way it is. If ever you see only a CEO replaced, it’s indicative of a Board trying to ride out the storm until they can try to implement the same thing again.

CEOs are just a scapegoat for the Board, especially at companies this large. That’s why their pay is structured the way it is.
If ever you see only a CEO replaced, it’s indicative of a Board trying to ride out the storm until they can try to implement the same thing again.
