I was also wondering about reporting communities. !vaccines@lemm.ee just popped up and appears to be dedicated to right wing disinformation. I reported 2 posts that were easily identifiable as linking to disinformation sites but I was unwilling to click on any YouTube links and as such unable to verify the content of those links so didn’t report them. I hope there is a mechanism for removal of propaganda communities.
