I guess I should have also asked… what country and what’s your budget?
For no-frills, I like my Olight RN1500 (currently $86 on Amazon Canada) and have been using it across e-scooters and bikes for several years now (and many thousands of KM, including very cold winters).
But since you don’t need anything crazy, you can get the RN 800 (max 800 lumens) or RN 400 (max 400 lumens) for $79 or $39 respectively.
What I like particularly is that they mount to a standard Garmin quarter-turn mount, so you never have to worry about the mount breaking and your light not being usable (has happened to me with lights and phone mounts).
If you need more affordable than that, I’ve had several lights of this style (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0BC89C2C7) that works fine. Not something I’d personally go with as a first choice, but for short rides, no problem.
