If you mean, with the stuff pictured, that is just my old hot air rework setup. It is basically a heat gun in that handle. There are nozzle tips that go on the end to direct hot air across various packages. It is the basic setup for surface mounted solder reflow using solder paste. It is also how you remove basic Ball Grid Array chips (the surface mounted chips without pins). It won’t take off all surface mounted chips without damaging them. You have to use the hotair gun and a special hotplate that preheats the back side of the board too.

This thing was made to fit my entire soldering station hardware and hot air gun into one unit. There are a bunch of other little integrated features I got carried away designing too.
