If they were holding the flag, yeah - but if it’s just tied to the barrier, it wouldn’t be fair to show, as it might be nothing to do with those specific fans, despite their questionable taste in football teams.

I’m certainly not in the business of defending fans of (both versions of) that horrendous club, but unless we know for sure that those specific fans are involved with that flag, it wouldn’t be fair to them at all to show their faces.
