That’s the kind of protection I would expect from state and local government, and it can’t happen soon enough.
Similar to how I would have expected government to say Hell No to allowing the likes of Uber and Airbnb to operate unregulated for years at first… or to the building of a concrete jungle of a downtown that couldn’t stand on its own aesthetically and economically without the crowds of office workers.
Next can we just ban corporate landlords?
