      It’s already an outdated technology before it’s even deployed.

      I’ll just leave this link here, it speaks for itself. Much smaller size, and engineered and designed in a totally different way that should be able to function in basically any wind speeds…

          With Harmony Turbines, they start operating with winds as little as 1 to 2 miles per hour, with winds from any direction. And with their furling mechanism, they can continue working through winds of practically any speed.

          Edit: They also take up far less land space.
