Is there any reason I shouldn't visit?

My wife and I are thinking of going to CR this winter, but we have a few other potential destinations on our shortlist. Talk me out of going to Costa Rica!

An estimated 333,980 people live in the capital and largest city, San José, with around two million people in the surrounding metropolitan area.
