Krita has plugins for this kind of thing? I haven’t looked into customizing it at all after I switched to it from paint dot net.

Yeah, but it was a bit confusing how to use it at the beginning. Especially the selection of the style presets. But it works very well. Especially the Lora integration (The Lego unicorn or the sign for example). Here is a screenshot of the interface:
