It might have been interesting to see the L/G person being “taken away” at the end by a person of color. I haaate the way people are continuing to victimize both trans and drag people, and for anyone who doesn’t remember, the 80s and 90s were pretty much just like this for gays in the west. Gays in eastern and conservative cultures are still repressed and suppressed right now. I also hate that I myself harbored a misconception of drag queens until recently. I know at least that the face eating leopards are not on my side.

The early gay rights movement was mostly advanced by the work of trans people too, which makes it all the more worse.
