• Kick-Off with Cody Rhodes making his way to the ring and asks Atlanta, his home, what they wanna talk about. Cody says they really don’t have to talk because a large shadow looms over the arena tonight, and it’s the same one that looms over every arena, Brock Lesnar. One thing for sure is when Brock is called to this ring he indeed shows up and demands for him to show and accept Cody’s challenge for Summer Slam right now. Cody waits for Brock but once he doesn’t show up he says it’s the old MO for Brock to be fashionably late and tells Brock it doesn’t matter what time he shows up, he’ll be in this ring waiting for him. Cody says this is the house that build him, but says the woman that built him is also here tonight and points to his mom in the front row. He at the Nightmare Factory their motto isn’t get Funky like a Monkey since it wasn’t that side of the family that made him a fighter, it was his mother who taught him to fight. Cody says his relationship with brock is complicated and says it only comes down to two words, hard times, but tonight it won’t be hard times for Cody but for Brock and tells everyone God bless and enjoy the show. Cody goes to hug his mother in the front Row when Brock’s music hits and Cody stands at the ramp waiting for him but Brock doesn’t appear. Cody walks up a but further and Brock’s music hits once again and Cody storms into the back where a steel chair is thrown back out as Cody stumbles out with Brock in pursuit! Brock wails on Cody with the chair all the way to ringside in front of Cody’s mom where he runs him into a ringpost before hitting an F5 on the outside. Brock stares down Mrs. Rhodes as he locks the Kimura in on Cody before taunting his mom and throwing Cody into the ring. Cody stumbles to his feet as Brock clenches the Kimura once again before releasing and says challenge accepts and that he’ll see Cody at Summer Slam, bitch!
• Following his victory, GUNTHER stands on the announce table, he says they can boo as much as they want but tonight is the best night of the crowd’s sad lives because they are here to see the greatest Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion of all time. He tells Riddle he is done and that he is building a legacy. He warns Drew McIntyre if he wants to ride his coattails be his guest but he will fall victim to the Ring General.
• Backstage Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are interviewed backstage, Liv says Chelsea and Sonya don’t seem to play by the rule but they welcome the challenge and they are ready for anyone to step up when Rhea Ripley enters and asks Raquel if she’s ready for her. Liv tries to cut in telling Rhea that they aren’t interested when Rhea attacks Liv, causing Raquel and Rhea to brawl but Rhea gets the upper hand as she kicks directly at Raq’s knee.
• The Judgement Day come out and Rhea says they are stronger than ever and anyone who thought they would break up are fools. They are strong and won’t fracture because of a bruised ego and now they dominate Monday Night Raw. She says Raquel just found that out and calls herself the most dominant woman on the roster, Finn and Damian will be future world champions, and tomorrow night her very own Dirty Dom will become the NXT North American Champion. Dom tries to speak but gets booed before saying he’ll beat Wes Lee. Priest says won’t change the fact that Dom will be North American Champion and that he will be World Champion before reassuring Finn that he gets first crack at Seth. Finn tells Priest they’re cool and that his issues with Seth will never be settled until his arm is raised in victory. Dom tries to speak again but is cut off by Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens making their way out. Sami says he feels like he has a pretty good idea what the WWE Universe likes and what they don’t but he decides to take a poll by asking the crowd if they paid their good money to listen to Dominik Mysterio talk, or did they pay to see someone shut his mouth. After they cheer Sami says they’re in luck because tonight they get to see the undisputed tag team champions tag on Dom and Damian Priest. Priest says they’ve been focused on singles titles but he sees a pair of titles that would look great in The Judgement Day and challenges Sami and Kevin to put the titles on the line tonight. Sami says it’s not a bad idea as Kevin looks annoyed and allows Owens to speak. Owens is handed the mic and shouts at the Judgement Day, saying of they want the titles on the line then they got it!
• In the trainer’s room the doctor tells Raquel and Liv that she can compete tonight but he would feel more comfortable if there were more scans done. Raquel tells Adam Pearce that she can go and defend the tag titles tonight.
• Sonya and Chelsea are interviewed after their tag title victory, Sonya says Raquel’s injury is fake and they have been champions since day one as Chelsea thanks her family, friends, workers at the tanning salon, her cat, as Sonya says people around here better start respecting them.
• Seth Rollins is interviewed by Byron Saxton. Seth says he’s got big plans for the World Heavyweight Championship at Summer Slam and says there is a short list of potential challengers with guys like Finn Balor, Damian Priest, GUNTHER, and Drew McIntyre on it. Finn crashes the interview and sits down across from Seth and tells him he knows why he’s here and wants his rematch. Finn says Seth knows their issues aren’t settled and tells him to talk to Pearce and make the match. Seth understands where Finn is coming from but he’s got to stop living in the past. Finn tells him he’s not living in the past, he’s living in chaos and that’s where he’s going to drag the title. He vows on hurting Seth and altering his career forever. Seth says the title is about more than Finn, his personal vendetta, or even Seth. But if he wants to settle the score they can do that right here, right now and challenges Finn to take a shot or get out of his face. Finn stands up and pushes his chair aside as he walks off laughing to himself. Finn storms back and assaults Seth before telling him to make the match.
• Following Shayna’s victory Ronda Rousey appears at the top of the crowd saying she’s literally and figuratively above Shayna and asks her what the better path is, the front door where you build up from the indies step by step or do it like see did where she made her own path through the Olympics and MMA and forced herself in while Shayna is just a knock off version of her. Shayna says it’s easy to talk that talk from all the way up there, but the truth is in this ring she’s a better Ronda Rousey than she’ll ever be and challenges her to come to the ring right now. Ronda says no and kicks up her feet as she tells Shayna to come get her. Shayna storms through the crowd but is stopped by security as Ronda says she’ll do something for Shayna she’s never done before, get booked on Summer Slam and says she’ll see her there bitch.
• Ricochet is interviewed backstage and says Logan Paul doesn’t get it and thinks this is just a joke and says the fans aren’t here because they post on Instagram and in this world Logan is the joke. He says if Logan wants to keep that energy then he can come to Raw where he’ll hurt him where he really hurts, his ego.
• It’s time for Miz TV! Miz welcomes us to the program and proclaims that he is back after beating Tomaso Ciampa last week and calls himself a winner and the biggest star in WWE competing in a celeb golf tournament, sadly alongside Matt McAfee. He welcomes out his guest Becky Lynch who makes her way to the ring. Miz says Becky has lost against Trish Stratus, then at Money in the Bank, and then again last week against Zoey Stark and asks if The Man has lost a step. Becky throws the chairs out of the ring as she backs Miz into the ropes and says she’s lost a lot over the last year from titles to friends but she hasn’t lost her step and she knows how the stupid show works and demands Miz bring out Zoey and Trish right now. Miz hides between the ropes as he welcomes out Trish and Zoey as they come out. Becky demands a rematch one on one but Trish calls her a spoiled toddler and wonders if Rue is in the ring instead. Becky tells her to keep her daughters name out her mouth as Trish reminds her that she already beat Becky once along with Zoey and they are completely done with Becky and the two of them are moving on. Although there is one more thing and says there would be no better place for Becky to finally say Thank You Trish. Becky says this was all about Trish being a self-centered psychopath who knew they couldn’t beat Becky at her strongest and who she confided in. Becky tells Trish if she really wants to call herself the GOAT then why not go one on …
