I’d be tired too after 4 hours of running.
Got back after the run, cooled down, ate a great breakfast, got some shit done. Time for a 10am siesta, awwww yea…
sleep >> exercise
Exercise means more sleep, and better sleep
Getting up at 6 am starts with getting to bed by 9:30 pm the night before.
Go for a walk in the mornings if a run is too daunting. Gradually go up.
A problem I had is I’m too dedicated to some things and will run a lot and then injure myself by going too often or beyond what my body is capable of instead of ramping up in a healthy way. Then I wind up doing nothing again due to injury.
Friday evening: I’m going to have such a good sleep in tomorrow.
Saturday at my weekday alarm time: -wide awake-
You can run whenever you like, it doesn’t have to be 6am
