Read the title and I thought it sounded just fine, then I saw in the pic that it’s including the bun, and I think I’m out. Growing up in the 60s and 70s, when budgets were tight, cut up hotdogs as a meat in things wasn’t to unusual (we’ll still eat baked beans with hotdog pieces in them). I could see Mac& cheese with hotdog pieces in it. But using Mac& cheese like chili or a condiments doesn’t sound good. Too starchy to go on bread.
